My name is Jessica Burns. For about six months now I haven't been feeling well and though I have good doctors, they don't know what I have.  In the past couple weeks my symptoms have gotten worse, I've been in contact with my doctor - apparently something is attacking my body and it's going to get worse.  My wonderful friend James that I call my angel because he's just amazing and has the biggest heart, said to me, "Jess, if this is gonna get worse you'll need help", but I also have doctor bills to pay/pay off, medical needs, and I need to apply for a service dog also - his friend Caitlin does a lot of fund raising and volunteered to help me - that's pretty much it.  If you have any questions just ask, and stay tuned for details on a possible fundraiser for me.
